AB 162, called the “Broadband Improvement Act” by its author, and which I’ve re-dubbed as the “Wireless Industry Public Exclusion Act” (the WIPE Act), has just been scheduled for its first Assembly Committee hearing.
The Bill will be heard by the Local Government Committee on May 1, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. in State Capitol Room 447.
