Hello Jonathan,

I live in Draper, UT, and just received a notice of public hearing regarding Clearwire. Clearwire has applied to erect a 60 foot tower behind us. They have chosen the local water company's land as the location. How can we stop them from erecting this tower. The location is already high ground (that is why, in my opinion, they like the location). Since it is high ground (approx 300 feet above most of city), could the citizens push to have the tower at say, 30 feet. Is that acceptable for Clearwire? Also, I have noticed that 2000 feet from the proposed site, there is already a co-location cell facility. My whole concern here, as a neighbor that bought a lot for its views, will now be impacted with the new obstruction. How can the citizens of Draper convince the Planning Commission to force Clearwater to look for a new site?

Hopeless in Draper. BTW - a decision will be made on 2/4/2010. Any thoughts?
