By the same logic,would not RF MPE-limited areas beyond the leasehold also be encroachments on the landlord? He can make little to no economic use of those areas. While many antennas are located where the MPE-limited areas are spatially off the building, this may not be so with the new multi-MIMO, beam steering antennas. Like the AT&#038;T &quot;globe&quot;. many proposed antennas will have broad, even omnidirectional scan volumes. I&#039;m imagining that, rather than typical roof edge mounts, we will see short pedestals so scanning can occur across the roof. Making such 5G mods on existing sites could be problematical.
